Post election Democratic message is weak

But at least they have a place to post a message as the Tredyffrin GOP still lacks an online presense....

You can find the Jayne Yockey's and Jerry Henige's message here.

Jayne and Jerry have essentially echoed the same complaint as Chester County Democratic Chair Michelle Vaughn - citing their candidates were more experienced. I said then that Vaughn didn't get it and neither does the Tredyffrin Democratic Leadership.

The real fact of the matter is that most don't base their vote on qualifications. If they did, there would have been a different result. Therefore, it is useless to cite qualifications when explaining a losing effort.

Simply put, the registered democrats did not come out in sufficient numbers. It may very well be that more moderate Republicans came out than registered Democrats. The GOP was not sufficiently held accountable for its broken promises. That is a failure of the party organization. Some may disagree and place responsibility on the candidates. That responsibility however, is misplaced. That is the responsibility of the party, and in particular, the people charged with overall campaign strategy. That person for the Democrats was Sam Becker, who yet again, failed at his task.

Perhaps next time, those in charge will not decide to take a 10 day out of state bike trip just prior to the debates and the election..........

Based on the registration #'s cited, the news becomes more aggravating. It yet again demonstrates how defeat was snatched from the jaws of victory in Eamon's race. 71 votes......

As long as Democratic leadership continues to avoid addressing the real problems and instead, makes excuses, I will continue to call them on the carpet.

I'll be damned...they actually do have a site. Too bad it is not SEO'd (Search Engine Optimized). If you search on Tredyffrin GOP, it is nowhere to be found. On Bing, you end up getting directed to tredyffringop.org.

If you guys are making an effort to not make your site discoverable, you are doing a good job.
